So we can help on the first reply, please include:

  • The product and its version
  • Mac or Windows, and which version
  • Your Photoshop or Lightroom version, if it applies
  • What happened, including any error message. Screenshots help a lot.

If it’s about a past purchase, also include the email address you bought with, roughly when you bought it, and your order number if you have it. If you’ve lost track of which email you used, send any you might have used, the name on the order, or a receipt, and we’ll track it down.
