Check Your Device's Privacy Settings
If you open PicTapGo, but there aren't any photos available for editing, you probably have your device's privacy settings set so that PicTapGo can't access them. To fix this:
- Open the iOS Settings app
- Head to Privacy -> Photos
- Select PicTapGo, and change to All Photos
Alternatively, you can choose a limited selection of photos that PicTapGo can access, but the app won't be able to see anything else in your photo library - only those you explicitly choose.
Are You Viewing an Empty Album?
Ensure that you're not viewing an album in your photo library that is empty. You can press the Albums button to choose a new album in your photo library.
