RadLab's recipes are stored in a folder that's hidden by default, but it's simple to reveal in Finder.
- Open the Terminal app on your Mac (it's in Applications/Utilities, or you can search for it using Spotlight).
- Type open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Totally\ Rad/Recipes/ and press Return.
- This will open a Finder window with your RadLab recipes. Copy the .rls files in that folder to wherever you want.
You can just copy and paste the command from here into Terminal as well
open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Totally\ Rad/Recipes/
And it will look something like this...
